1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and [Your Legal Entity Name] (trading as "Bet It", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Bet It prediction game, website, or related services (the "Service"), and by clicking "I Agree", you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if that age is higher, and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. Real-money prediction, wagering, and crypto activities are restricted or prohibited in many places. You may not use the Service where it is prohibited, and you agree not to use VPNs or other means to circumvent any restriction. We may restrict or block access from certain jurisdictions at our discretion.

3. Nature of the Service

The Service lets you submit predictions about sporting outcomes and stake cryptocurrency on them. It is provided for entertainment. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by FIFA, any football association, or any sports body, club, or competition organizer. All team names, tournament references, and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Outcomes, advancement, and payouts may be recorded or resolved by an administrator and/or on-chain logic. We do not guarantee that any prediction will win, that any pool will reach any size, or that any particular payout will be made or timing met.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that using the Service involves substantial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you wager. Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile. Blockchain transactions are final, irreversible, and cannot be reversed, refunded, or charged back by us once broadcast.

You accept all risks associated with: cryptocurrency price movements; wallet, key, or seed-phrase loss or compromise; smart-contract or software bugs; network congestion, forks, downtime, or failed/dropped transactions; and the acts of third parties. You agree to play responsibly and to wager only what you can afford to lose entirely.

5. No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or a recommendation to enter any transaction. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.

6. Wallets, Payments & Payouts

You interact with the Service using your own self-custodial wallet. We never take custody of, control, or have access to your private keys, and we are not responsible for your wallet's security or for any loss of access.

All entries are paid in cryptocurrency to the designated pool address. Entries are final once submitted. Where payouts are made, they are distributed to winning participants as the relevant outcomes resolve, subject to available pool funds, network fees, and a small reserve required to keep accounts funded. We are not responsible for amounts lost to network fees, incorrect addresses, or failed transactions.

7. No Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, all entries and payments are non-refundable and final. We are under no obligation to reverse, cancel, or refund any transaction.

8. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes that apply to your use of the Service, including on any winnings. We do not provide tax documents or advice.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing illegal activity; create multiple or fraudulent accounts; collude, manipulate outcomes, or exploit bugs; use bots, scrapers, or automated systems; attempt to access non-public areas or the accounts of others; or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access, and withhold or reverse benefits obtained through prohibited conduct, at our sole discretion.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bet It, its owners, operators, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including losses from wagers, price volatility, blockchain or wallet failures, smart-contract issues, downtime, or third-party conduct — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the total amount of entry fees you paid to us in the thirty (30) days before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bet It and its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your wagers, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

13. Responsible Play

Play should be fun, not a way to make money or escape problems. Set limits, never chase losses, and never wager money you need. If you feel your play may be becoming harmful, stop and seek support from a qualified problem-gambling resource in your country.

14. Changes, Suspension & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms at any time; the updated version takes effect when posted, and a new version may require you to accept it again before continuing. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Disputes
